In order to avoid conflicts, it is essential that information on talks be added only by the Talks Coordinator. The Talks Coordinator is currently Amos H. Weatherill. If the Talks Coordinator is unable to perform this duty a new talks coordinator (temporary or permanent) will be appointed by the executive.
