Asterisk
Asterisk is an open source PBX system allowing the user to create a highly customizable local telephone switch.
Asterisk provides Voicemail services with Directory, Call Conferencing, Interactive Voice Response, Call Queuing, and many, many more features. It supports many telephony protocols, and is, in terms of overall functionality, comparable with pretty high end PBX products.
