SGI is located just south of the airport; just slightly south and west of the intersection of highways 401 and 427. Its building (and logo) can be seen from the 401 west of the airport, on the south side.

It's near the corner of Explorer Drive and Sattelite Drive; the best map I can find is the Mississauga Transit map at

The map suggests it's walkable (about a kilometre) from the end of the Eglinton West 32B TTC route; I'll try to check that out.
